I got into an accident and lost my job. Then ended up with a case no one wanted to take on.
Ramos Law stepped up and took on my impossible case and after months of hard work on their end I got a settlement. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive and very communicative. If I need them I won't hesitate to reach out again. And I'll make sure my friends use their services as well.
I was in a bad accident almost a year ago. I was offered a very small amount to settle it by the other driver’s insurance but knew that was no where near enough compensation for mental and physical damage to my body, my vehicle, and my children. I decided to use Ramos Law. Manuel and Emily made a horrible experience bearable. They were very professional, polite, and worked to make sure I got the treatment I needed and what I deserved. I couldn’t have asked for a better legal team. If you or anyone you know is every in need of a personal injury lawyer or legal team, I will always recommend Manuel and Emily and Ramos Law.
Ramos Law Firm is the BEST!!!!! No need for a long comment. Brian and his team worked long hours fighting for me when I had my car accident. They had my back and was my voice. Do not waste your time or money using Ramos. My husband was T-boned in an intersection when the other party ran a red light. Easiest case for an injury lawyer to handle. We went with Ramos based on other reviews, but they must not all be honest reviews because our experience has been terrible. Our case has been kicked around from person to person and ultimately they did nothing but the bare minimum securing no more than our policy amounts despite my husband needing spinal surgery. Our first conversation started with "this is an easy case worth significant settlement and we can stack policies" to "we misunderstood and this is all we can do." They will be getting way more than what they worked for, and we will still be walking away from this accident with significant impact to our family and extensive medical debt. Absolutely useless representation.

We understand how upsetting it must be to feel that expectations set early on were not ultimately met, and that the outcome did not reflect what you were initially told. Communication around policy limits, stacking, and available coverage can be complex, but you should always feel that those explanations are clear, consistent, and transparent.<br><br>We also never want clients to feel like their case was passed around or handled with only the “bare minimum.” That is not the standard we aim to uphold.<br><br>While policy limits can sometimes legally cap what is recoverable, regardless of the severity of injuries, that reality does not make the situation any less difficult for a family facing major medical procedures and debt. We genuinely empathize with how heavy that must feel.<br><br>If you are open to it, we would appreciate the opportunity to review your concerns directly and better understand where things broke down. I called him 3 days ago and they told me they would get back to me the next day and then 3 days later oh we're too full we can't take your case it doesn't take that long to say that you don't have any open slots to take a case bad way to connect business won't recommend ever
