Ramos Law is definitely a place I'd recommend! After my fiance was involved in a total loss accident he was 0% liable for, my fiance and I tried on our own to get the insurance company to take liability, especially given all the evidence. We had a police report on our side as well as a third party eye witness that gave a recorded statement that was entirely in our favor. I thought all of this evidence would show liability as a no brainer. The at-fault insurance company stated they "could not determine who ran the red light" and denied payment. After months of back and forth it was obvious their only intention was to not pay out the claim under any circumstances. At this point, we decided to pursue legal action. We called over 35+ law offices to which no one would take our case. (Most wanted to since we had significant evidence and an open shut case. However, as it was explained to me by them, law offices only get paid for their services through the injury portion of the claim. For those offices to take our case, my fiance would have had to be injured for decades on end, which was not the case thankfully with the injuries he sustained.) I called Ramos Law next and they took the time to speak with me even though they knew it would likely not be a large payout. After being shooed away by multiple offices, I was shocked to hear them say they wanted to fight for us. Finally! Someone that was honest, cared deeply, and wanted to help us restore the injustice we had been dealing with for months. Our case is finally settled now! Words will not ever express how thankful we are for their honesty, determination, and care about their clients! 10/10 recommend!

We’ve worked with Ramos Law for three separate car accident cases, and unfortunately our experience has gone downhill with each one. Our first case with them was fantastic—smooth, communicative, and handled with real care. We recommended them to everyone because we genuinely believed they were that good. But each case after that has been worse than the one before. If we had known how poorly our second case would be handled, we never would have signed on for a third. The turnover is constant, and it’s nearly impossible to get updates or even basic information. Their text number changed without any notice, which left us completely in the dark for weeks. They’re extremely quick to get you signed into a contract, but the actual processing and communication are painfully slow. We’re now about 18 months into our most recent case, and we still have no idea what’s been happening since around September/October. At this point, the lack of transparency and follow‑through has been incredibly frustrating. We really wish the level of service had stayed consistent with that first experience.
