Craig Goza represented me in a domestic violence case that lasted the better part of a year. I can't say enough positive things about my time spent with him representing me. Not only did he get my case dismissed and all my charges dropped, but he also brought criminal charges on my accuser. He was an incredible defense attorney, and I can't recommend him enough. My experience with this firm was outstanding from start to finish. First I was already on probation for a prior making my current situation difficult. The set of circumstances surrounding my case was strange. My license was suspended for years, however, everything started going uphill when we won the hearing and my suspension was rescinded thanks to Jason. On my case, Jason insisted we go to trial. I am so glad I listened and I received the best outcome on my case with Michelle also stepping in. I had the privilege to work with both Jason and Michelle on this case and another going on at the same time....and they always answered and responded to any questions or concerns I had. I felt safe having them in my corner during one of the most stressful time in my life. 6 stars/5 stars! I really appreciate everything.

Hire yourself….I had a DUI for the 2nd time, and obviously this was self inflicted, however, I was told that there was a good probability that the state would give me a lesser charge. Against my OWN better judgment, I hired this money guzzling office…HUGE MISTAKE. First of all, the option for this second DUI was for me to do jail time (less than a month and if I WERE YOU- whoever you are, I’d just take the jail time and come out $6,000 richer because more than likely, that’s what’s going to happen to you anyway after fighting for over a year) they took their time with certain documentation that could have been prepared and submitted WELL before the date that they submitted it (i.e. mitigation packet that they held on to for over a year before submitting it to state), over $4,000 and $375 every court date afterwards ONLY for one of their lawyers to go before the judge and to tell him that they’re “still waiting” for something that they already had in their office! Encouraging you to “hurry up and get this and that done” is ALL that they are good for! Trust me, they’re out to get PAID (and miss one payment, they’ll leave you high and dry in court) no COMMUNICATION via email prior to the court dates letting you know what they’re waiting for, just “give us more money.” I warn you to RUN as fast as possible before you consider hiring their firm.
