Man am I upset to be updating this. I've worked with Reib and Co. for years and thus far only had to connect with them infrequently to review some legal docs for hiring/etc. I once used them personally at an extra fee (of course) for something not-business related and was overall pleased with that as well. Recently though, I found out that several things I believed I was paying for as part of their access plan (litigation and representation if issues arise from the forms they reviewed with me) were not at all included. As I inquired to see the details - admittedly a little shocked that several of the things told to me verbally years ago were not in the thing I'd been paying for; I was expecting an email stating a list of services included perhaps.... But I instead got an email stating: "We will go ahead and refund your most recent $x payment from August 15th, and your Access Plan will officially conclude on September 19th" I guess the several thousand$/yr I've paid them for several years makes me a small client of theirs or something, but man.. I don't fault a company for growing over time (which they have), but I'd prefer not to be treated as expendable after learning I was misinformed about services I was paying for. Original Review below: Been a client for 1+yrs. As an Insurance Agent I get how complicated legal issues can get. Between Legal Contracts, Employee documentation and all of the other potential legal potholes that exist - It's very easy to try to do complicated stuff yourself and cause a mess. That's the main reason I wanted to have a professional handle this area of my business in the same way I expect my clients to let me handle their insurance portfolio.

He was so supportive during divorce filing and court proceedings. I know most don't anticipate getting divorced but this was NOT at all in any way I could have ever imagined going though or doing!! The day of court I was a complete mess and Scott was so caring, kind and sympathetic. This was in 2004 and I would not have made it through without his support. Thank you Scott for not just being an attorney that day but being so supportive.

I would highly recommend Reib Law to anyone. I used them when my estate attorney disappeared on me halfway through my probate case. Scott and Jennifer are the best! They took the time to understand what I needed done, and were extremely prompt and efficient. Very personable, compassionate, and understanding. I would definitely use them again if necessaryl.

So we explained the situation to his staff and received a return call from him within 10 minutes. Faced with a situation we had never encountered before, we were unsure about what steps to take. Scott explained that the buyer was in breach of the contract because they had not paid us by the next business day. He provided us with precise guidance on what to say to the buyer and assured us that if the money was not received by the next day, he would personally intervene the following morning. Since the buyer did not answer the phone, we left a message using the exact words Scott had instructed us to use. To our pleasant surprise, we received our money by the end of the day. The skill set and decades of experience that Scott and his team have to offer give us peace of mind. We cannot recommend them enough!

I had a one-off situation I needed help with (contract review). These folks were great. Very easy to work with and I got the help I needed. I will definitely be using them again for future needs.
