What impressed me most about The Reinartz Law Firm was the communication. Tom McKinney called me personally after every significant development. I never felt like I was bothering them with questions. They also sent monthly email updates even when nothing was happening, which I appreciated. The case resolved favorably. I'd recommend them to family.

Richard answered all my questions patiently every time, never pressured me to sign. When I finally retained them, the work was thorough and the outcome was fair. The fact they didn't push me away when I was just calling to learn says a lot.
