We have vigorously pursued your claim and conveyed every settlement offer; a final agreement requires both the insurer’s consent and your written approval. You have declined multiple settlement offers.<br><br>During our most recent discussions you made statements referencing violence against insurance executives and loose threats toward our staff, which will not be tolerated. I can NOT say enough about this law firm. From day 1 they were calming & reassuring . They explained and walked me through the process and paperwork. LUPITA was my favorite contact. She really took her time with me. She was extremely patient, kind, and always willing to help me with anything. Everything was done from day 1 via phone calls and emails (because of Covid). With the ENORMOUS amout of paperwork issued by WC you absolutely need an attorney. Rella and Rella Associates is your answer. The attorneys are no nonsense (also helpful and informative about every hearing). Anytime I called with a question that the paralegal felt the attorney needed to answer, they would call me back promptly. They fought for everything they thought i deserved and they prevailed for me. Fabulous staff.
