I hired this lawyer to represent me and was told that once I was released, he would file a motion on my behalf. I served three years and followed up after my release as promised. It has now been almost two years, and no motion was ever filed. My calls and attempts to contact him went unanswered. Based on my experience, I feel misrepresented and extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-through and communication. I would not recommend based on my experience. After this review was posted, the attorney replied stating this was the first time he was hearing about the issue and asked that I email him directly. I did so, but as of now I have still received no response. My concerns remain the same regarding communication and follow-through.
