I had a case with them. I went many times to find out what happened with my case, and they always told me it was in process, that they would call me. It's been 3 years, and I'm still waiting for the call.

They don't answer the calls, there are no ways to communicate and I'm still waiting for the money.

I requested an online consultation, since they have offices in Orlando and Puerto Rico. They contacted me about a week later. When I explained my case, they were very kind and all. They asked me to do certain things and email them, which I did. I'm still waiting for a response. (It's been more than 2-3 months.) I sent another email for follow-up, and nothing. I've called, and they don't answer. It's because of things like this that people and healthcare systems do whatever they want and get away with it. Why do the people who are supposed to represent us and make sure things in this life are fair and right, and that we learn from our mistakes, do nothing? It's a shame that in my situation, things have to remain unresolved, since I'm just an ordinary person. I hope none of their relatives have to go through what I went through with my family member. Because if it were one of their relatives, they would have already taken action.
Owner response
We are deeply sorry for what happened, and I assure you that it is not our practice to leave cases pending, as follow-up is our priority. I understand that you were contacted immediately and your concerns will be promptly discussed so that they can be resolved to your satisfaction. Have a nice day, Mr. Pesquera.
