From the initial consultation for my son's car accident case, Richard Struncks was a great listener. He clearly explained the legal process, and was confident we would get the video needed to prove fault. I would not hesitate to retain him again in the future.

Have used him many times ,highly recommend him weather its divorce, child custody, criminal, or auto accident, or Social Security. He’s licensed in Oklahoma and Arkansas. Very good lawyer and won’t steer you wrong.

I can’t say enough good things about Richard. He was incredibly sweet, patient, and understanding during one of the hardest times in my life.
