Jason Rios and his law firm is very unprofessional. It is so hard to get a hold of him and the secretary / calling services are no better. Case is not treated with the same urgency as others. Every time we have a conversation, I am being told one thing and something completely different happens. He never answers the phone, never responds to text messages there’s no way it’s this hard to get ahold of him, literally a waste of time!!! -Responding to Jason comment below. All lies. You didn’t help with anything. The best decision I made was leaving a trash law firm to find an amazing one who helped me with my case in which THEY provided me a happy solution. Do better, god bless!!

Hired Jason last minute one day before my court date he was able to get my case dismissed completely! Communication was only through text had me a bit worried at first but he made it happen for me totally don’t regret & would recommend to anyone needing a decent lawyer his pricing was also very reasonable compared to some others

We hired Jason to represent my aunt in a vehicle violation/immigration matter. Jason was wonderful since he spoke spanish and my aunt did not speak english. Jason was very helpful and attentive to my aunt's case. He kept constant track of her status. He always made sure that we had a plan for any verdict that my aunt may get. Thankfully he was successful in releasing her and she is now on a path to a better life.

Mr. Rios is very unprofessional. I paid him to defend me in a court case. Getting ahold of him was very difficult to say the least. Could not get answers. Had a offer from the state could not even get him to tell me what it was. When I attempted to call his office after court. Was told by his office that he was not available that he was working on an important case (As if my case is not important to him). Was told to call back the next day. Called back latter the same day around 4:30pm to get a time to call back the next day that he would be available. Was told he was still not available to call back at 10:30 am. the next morning. I did no answer. tied back around 1:30pm no answer, Called back around 2:30pm Mr. Rios answered the phone him self. When I told him who I was he responded are you harassing Me. -----, Do I need to remove my-self from your case. I told him if this is how he is going to handel my case maybe you should. He responded no problem I will take care of it today Never call my office again. When you hire a lawyer you expect them to keep you informed, to answer your questions. Not to keep you in the dark and then get mad when you have to call more then once to get answers that he should of allready advised you. I hired a new lawyer after him Jose Calvo. Best lawyer I have ever used . Please do your research before you hire any law firm. Look at reviews and info from other sources such as BBB and Google There are many good law firms in Ft Myers do yourself a favor and look into them all, before you make a decision.
