BEWARE: Rita took my money and didn’t do anything that she said she would do…I told her every detail possible…she couldn’t pull off what she said she would do!…she kept the money and then moved to a different location…wouldn’t take my calls or wouldn’t be honest about her mistakes…she’s a lier and desperate for your money…

I'm not sure who this is so there isn't much I can say except I did not move my office. I have been a family law and wills and trust attorney for 40 years. As such I never "pull things off" since the work is ongoing over a significant period of time. If you file for a divorce you're pretty sure to get a divorce from the court. No magic involved. No "pulling things off".
