Horrible communication. I was told my case had a good chance, wasted my time collecting all the documentation, sending it to several “intake” people only to be waiting and waiting. After several attempts to contact them and requesting emails I received this automated email stating they won’t be representing me….. I wouldn’t waste my time with them, they get you hyped telling you that you might have a case only to drop you when you ask for updates not to mention they eventually will charge retainer fees when their website states “we don’t charge!” Unprofessional and ridiculous! I’ll never recommend this firm.
