I had no expectations when I called for a consult in July of this year since lemon law claims are known to be difficult and drawn out processes. However, Lemon Law Experts made it as easy as it could be and I am rid of my lemon and in a new vehicle. Every step included detailed instructions and consisted simply of collecting/sending documents, signing the agreement from the manufacturer, and surrendering the vehicle. They kept expectations reasonable - stating they would try their hardest but not promising a result. Even if the claim had not been accepted, I would have felt they did everything that could have been done. Great company, friendly staff, easy processes.
