Knowledgeable, professional, Deb Verni is an attorney you can trust. She helped my mom with her estate plan, answering all of her questions. When mom got sick she was a trusted advisor with all of our questions, walking us through and making sure my mother's wishes were followed. In addition she assisted my mother-in-law. Buyers be ware Debra Verdi will break break Trusts and create schemes so trustees can take money out for personal use. In her previous firm she created a scheme that 16 times allowed a trustee to be designated as the sole beneficiary, over two others also designated, which then allowed the sole trustee/beneficiary to withdraw large amounts of funds for personal use. This was later confirmed independently as a violation of the intent of the original trust agreement and wishes of the makers. Watch out for Debra Verdi. She will refuse to provide all trust investment statements and look to liquidate securities against beneficiary directions.
