Knowledgeable, professional, Deb Verni is an attorney you can trust. She helped my mom with her estate plan, answering all of her questions. When mom got sick she was a trusted advisor with all of our questions, walking us through and making sure my mother's wishes were followed. In addition she assisted my mother-in-law. She is responsive, answering questions in a timely manner and has an extensive network so that if she is unable to assist she will refer you to someone who can.

It took my spouse and me too many years to finally get all our estate planning paperwork in order. When we first met with Attorney Debra Verni she was informative and extremely patient with answering our questions. Buyers be ware Debra Verdi will break break Trusts and create schemes so trustees can take money out for personal use. In her previous firm she created a scheme that 16 times allowed a trustee to be designated as the sole beneficiary, over two others also designated, which then allowed the sole trustee/beneficiary to withdraw large amounts of funds for personal use. This was later confirmed independently as a violation of the intent of the original trust agreement and wishes of the makers. Watch out for Debra Verdi. She will refuse to provide all trust investment statements and look to liquidate securities against beneficiary directions.

Kim Verner is an extraordinary Estate Planning Attorney. Her knowledge and professionalism made what could have been a challenging process easy and practically effortless. Hardly anyone wants to do their wills, etc. but we all need up to date documents because you never know what could happen. Kim was wonderful at educating us, giving suggestions and patiently answering questions. I highly recommend Kim and her team.

Although professional and knowledgable the staff and attorneys were most friendly. They went out of their way to assist us even though we are dealing with important matters in very uncommon circumstances (the pandemic).
