Completely unprofessional. When you call the receptionist who answers the phone is extremely rude. When you ask her a question she just hangs up on you. If you call back to try to get someone else she will not provide you with any information and we'll hang up one more time. Finally transferring you to someone to leave a voicemail they are very rude unprofessional.

I just went to sign some paperwork (8/15/24) and the older brown haired lady running your front reception desk needs an attitude check. Very off putting and not a warming person you want to represent the front of your business. I was told she was even more rude to my sister who had to sign the same paperwork yesterday after mentioning it to her after I left. The other people were super sweet and wish I would have ran into them instead.

I hired Anna for legal services against a client that owed me money. Anna completely dropped the ball, she was in charge of taking payment installments from the client. She said this would be the best way to recoup the money. As months passed I believed Anna was taking payment and it was going into an account. Later I find out that she forgot to tell the client. THEN Anna has the audacity to try to charge me for a 15 minute phone call that she made to FINALLY tell the client she is passed due and what the payment arrangement should be. We lost all momentum and client never paid. I would NOT RECOMMEND this law firm. I'm out close 1000 I paid Anna for nothing and out close to 2k from the client.

The RMP team is exceptional. Not all "elder law" attorneys are truly Certified Elder Law Attorneys (CELA). Collier is one of the few in Arkansas. He and his team provide the highest level of elder law knowledge, while compassionately serving clients.
