I recommend you go to the court and sit and listen to one of Robert Tayac's defense cases. You will see for yourself that you would be wasting your money on poor representation and a real lack of commitment from this law office to defend your case. Robert Tayac may tell you what you want to hear and he may have you believe that he will work hard to fight for you. But after you pay him your money, then you will see just how important you really are to him. It appears that Robert is more interested in taking your money and overcharging you for his services while delivering on a very mediocre effort of client defense. His services and idea of client defense consist of carrying out normal court formalities while standing tall by your side in the courtroom. It might make you feel good because you have a lawyer by your side and that you paid a lot of money for your defense. But you will clearly come to realize that you would be no better off than if you represented yourself or went with a public defender instead. Please don't waste your hard earned money! And please don't drink and drive! I feel it is my duty to give you those two best advice. If you have a drinking problem, then you should reach out and get help. Take responsibility for your mistakes and don't burden your family with more dept by overpaying for a lawyer that is only interested in enriching himself from your misfortunes or bad decisions. The answering service past my number to Robert Tayc attorney, he called me, while I was talk, then his voice disappeared, .... I called again, I was told the Attorney will call me back, he did not, it seems quiet un professional, I called again the anser service connect me, I mentioend how why his voice disappeare, ..if it is line drop by network, I can continue talk, or he is not willing to listen... his anser is "no thanks" his ansers, attitude respond a cnew linet call which is quiet not qualified to meet attorney expection, it is waiered, un relible, not professiona, please do not respect him as an attorney.
