about as easy of an experience as you can get with a personal injury lawyer. Once they took on the case i was pretty much hands off unless i had to sign something . the flow of information between all the parties is explained to you in a very easy to understand manner. Their help really let me calm down and heal up after my accident and i cant be more grateful. Thank you Mr.Robes and Tony the paralegal they were both beyond helpful
Just wanted to thank Mr. Robes for the professionalism and keeping us informed every step of the way. We both appreciated your attention to detail and explanations throughout the process. Not having any experience in this before for my mother and I, you’re politefullness and respectful conversations were a comfort.The staff at the firm was always very polite and prompt at any request that we had. My mom is grateful for your diligent work and the outcome of the case. Special thanks to Tony for putting up with us ! In addition, Tony was a vital part in making both my mother and I feel heard during what could’ve been a very difficult process. Thank you for all your hard work to you both. My family and I had a great experience with the Robes Law firm. Mr. Robes was informative and compassionate as he walked us through our case, periodically checking in to see how our daughter was doing. Although, Tony came in during the middle of the case, he wasted no time getting the details, following up with the other party and supporting us through our many questions.
