I contacted this firm solely to request information, and during the call, I clearly explained that we would not be hiring their services. Even so, they later showed up at the detention center to speak with my family member without our authorization.
During that visit, they told her that accepting deportation was the best course of action, which left her extremely distressed and emotionally affected. I find it highly unprofessional to give that kind of advice in a first conversation, especially after we had already stated that we did not want to work with the firm. I strongly advise other families to be very cautious.
My experience was terrible. I contacted the office for help with a case, and the lawyer immediately misled me, saying my relative was entitled to bail. As a lawyer, he should know that an arrived alien is not entitled to bail because the judge lacks jurisdiction in their case. Okay, I called the office, and they told me I had to pay to review any documents. Okay, I paid. It's very important to clarify (they require an affidavit of support for bail), and I couldn't obtain it. When I spoke with them to see if there was any possibility of a partial refund, they refused. So, they charged me $1,500 without doing any work. To me, that's a scam.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH, ATTORNEY RODRIGUEZ AND HIS TEAM. TODAY MY HUSBAND LEFT THE HEALTH CARE CENTER. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. I AM VERY THANKFUL TO THE SECRETARIES FOR THEIR KINDNESS AND ATTENTION. THEY WERE VERY WELL WITH ME. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS 🙏🏻
Excellent lawyer. I was in a detention center, and despite the refusals of other lawyers who said there was no bond or bail.
He motivated me by saying I had an opportunity in my case, and in less than two weeks he got me bail.
And today I have the opportunity to have legal status in this country. Thank you, Attorney Rodríguez.
The lawyer was very good. He helped my husband move up his court date to request his voluntary release. His secretary was very kind, always informing me of everything and always answering my calls. I really liked their work and the attention they give you. Not only that, but the prices are very good and fair. I thank them for everything.
