Unfortunately my experience was anything but pleasant this morning with an attorney via a phone call. I called the office last week to find out about amending something small in our will and asked for an email ahead of a call so that I would know if I would be charged for the call and the charge to change the detail in the will that this same attorney drew up for us a few years ago. I never received an email ahead of time but I did receive a call from the attorney at our scheduled time. He said he had a note to call me at this time and I explained that I was hoping to receive an email ahead of time regarding any fees for his time. He did hesitantly say he would not charge me for the call but he also annoyingly said - everyone has to make a living so get on with it, what do you need-. I was obviously taken aback by his curt reply. I then explained that this is exactly why I asked for an email for clarification prior to a call so that I would not take any of his time if I was made aware of a fees, as per my request, last week. Maybe he was having a bad day, but everyone’s time is valuable, there is no hierarchy when it comes to treating others with respect.

Great team and I have had a great experience with multiple attorneys in multiple different fields of expertise. Great people that aren't looking at the clock every hour, they just help
