I worked with Roger for a small issue and he was BEYOND helpful. Extremely honest and gave me positive yet realistic expectations of the process and what I need to do. He will be the first one I call if anything else comes up. I even called a few other attorneys before and they had purposefully scared me into trying to hire them and explained that my situation was worse than it really was. Roger was the opposite of that and truly cant recommend him enough.

Roger has helped us on several different occasions but each time I am reminded why he is our go to. He is honest and tells us when we actually need to hire him and when it’s better to represent ourselves. I have sent several friends to him and they have had similar experiences. An attorney who puts our needs above his business is rare and I’m glad we have found him.

I spent months considering bankruptcy and the entire process seemed absolutely terrifying and unattainable. My mom had filed previously and told me to do a consultation with her attorney and decide from there. My consultation with Roger was unbelievably reassuring and he was incredibly helpful. We filed at the end of November 2025 and as of today my case was confirmed. Roger and his team were so helpful and kind and walked me through every detail. I can not imagine going through this process with any other attorney as mine was perfect! If you are looking for a thorough team that will make sure every box is checked then Roger and his team are the ones to choose! Seriously they do a spectacular job, my only regret is not calling them sooner as I could have saved myself months of stress and anxiety! Stop googling, stop worrying, stop stressing and give their office a call! You won't regret it, I know I don't!

Have been through 2 bankruptcies with Roger and hes been an amazing attorney and gets the job done. He puts the clients interests first. Would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a bankruptcy.

We enjoyed meeting with Roger and felt like he really listened and was a great match to help us. But once we left and I tried to get a few simple questions answered their paralegal or whoever is over emails was very rude and dismissive and like the other reviews below, it seemed like she was bothered by us. I do not want to start over but I can't even get anyone to talk to us anymore.

After getting the run around for MONTHS submitting documents, then submitting more, then redoing them, etc, etc, we were just told we wouldn’t be able to file in time to save our house!! We have been very clear we were getting down to the last few days of doing that and now we don’t know what to do.

Me and my wife needed help, and we hoped it would of come from Roger. We heard and read allot of great things. But We went through 2 different paralegals and had to resubmit documents twice due to the first one losing them or not submitting them. When we had questions we felt as though both paralegals new and old felt annoyed and bothered and roger as well, and during the meeting of the creditors we felt like roger did not have our interests in mind. He sat back and was joking about our disposable income and how much we had. Me and my wife were trying to figure out what he was talking about because we wouldn't have been needing to file if we had all this left over money after all our bills. When we tried to ask the new paralegal about it we got shut down and felt like she couldn't be bothered. We seriously lost all confidence that we were doing the right thing by working with this law firm. We allowed or case to get dismissed just because we felt unsure, and nervous working with Roger. I would highly recommend going somewhere else, maybe doing more research. It sucks because we are at square one having to figure this all out.
