After two weeks of writing an email and multiple phone calls and messages, nobody returned my call. These attorneys must be rich enough, please give your hard earned money to anybody else. FTP.

Steve, I looked and could not find your email. Not sure what happened. Call the office 915 838-1100 and someone will take your call. As far as cost, we don't charge for these phone calls or initial evaluation if we think you might have a case and we take all our cases on contingency which means our clients pay no fees to us unless we are win or settle their cases. As you can tell from our other reviews we do respond to our messages. If I could find your email I would respond directly to you now instead of this reply. Hope to hear from soon. Roger

I just had a good client of mine in need of help and I remembered Mr. Davie! He helped my husband in a case where we thought we would lose but we didn't! We love his confidence, the way he carries himself, very firm and knowledgeable in all that he does. Very intelligent man with passion for what he does. All the lawyers and staff at Davie, Valdez & Mcelroy, P.C. are great. They took the time and answered all my questions and put me at ease when I was fired from my job. They told me what steps to take and ultimately helped me set up a mediation where i got my job back. And all of this without charging me anything!
