Roman is a great lawyer and a very professional. I would definitely recommend.

Had the WORST experience with Roman. They didn't know anything that was going on with my case what so ever. Would get one bit of information from his assistant, when the information didn't make sense I'd ask Roman, who would say that wasn't right and literally argue with me about what was said TO ME. I found him through my prepaid legal, which I'm sure he doesn't make much money through, but if you're going to be unknowledgeable, lazy, and downright rude--please just don't be a part of that program if those clients are not going to be a priority to you. I ended up hiring a lawyer, who looked at the divorce decree Roman put together for me and pointed out so many grammar errors, and things that just were just incorrect, for example when one person is awarded real estate property, the legal description of that property should have been there, not just the address...so that's going to cost me addl money. Just don't waste your time with this guy, I was treated like garbage and he is not at all a subject matter expert. I ended up going with Victoria Law Firm and left Roman (even though it was $2500 more to do that) and it was so worth it. I regret even using my prepaid legal and Roman to begin with. Edit and update to my review to respond--Roman I have our email exchanges, I was never once combative with you as you and your assistant were EXTREMELY rude right off the rip. I have the receipts if anyone ever needs them =) Also, I am fully aware you never had any control over the judge but I do have an email from YOU confirming you moved my date, when I had a new lawyer they were extremely confused as you never moved it, like you promised. Your law office is absolute garbage.

This attorney was recommended through my membership with Legal Shield. He was informative and knowledgeable. He walked me through each step of the process and for a fair price. His staffer was a gym. I felt valued and heard.

The case was referred to him from a law firm in Oakland County; which is a Legal Shield office. I wasn't given information about all costs a d presume I had too many questions. It wss a Probate Court case. He did get csse started; but didn't keep me informed enough(my opinion) about the progress of case, or all costs.
