I couldn't have found a better law firm. When I first called the firm, I had found them on Google. Jake answered the phone, he was very friendly, he didn't have a rush in his voice and took a moment to actually listen. He told me he would put me through to the attorney Joe Romanello. Extremely surprised I was able to actually speak to an attorney. Normally, when you call a law firm, they are either too busy to speak, call back days later, but not this firm. They gave the service I was looking for. I was requesting a unique contract service on a new business and as busy as he was, Joe Romanello was up for the challenge. During the process Jake kept me updated, Joe answered his phone, communication was on active and the end results were exactly how I expected them to be. Wonderful experience and I wouldn't deal with any other law firm.

Spoke with a legal assistant who didn't seem to understand the details of my situation and was giving me responses that didn't seem correct. I asked the legal assistant if they are an attorney and if they could cite any statues or case law that supported the information they were providing. I received a reply from Joseph Romanello Jr saying that they kindly gave me a free consultation and that both he and the legal assistant reviewed my questions, but that if I want more information, then I need to pay for a consultation. I would pay if I spoke directly to an attorney myself the first time instead of to an assistant. I believe I was given incorrect information and was then told off when I pushed to confirm the validity of the information I received. I pushed for clarification of the responses because I believed that they were coming from a legal assistant only, which is not an attorney. It seemed that the legal assistant did not fully understand the situation I presented and was not providing complete or accurate advice as a result. The defensive reply from the attorney was not needed. A simple "I am an attorney and reviewed this as well. I assure you that correct information was given. If you'd like to discuss it in greater detail, we'd be happy to schedule a paid consultation". The legal assistant also could've replied saying that while he is not an attorney, an attorney did review my questions and provide him with the answers to my questions. I suppose the defensive reply I received was the result of a woman questioning their competence. I hope their fragile male egos recover soon. Sending thoughts and prayers.
