🚩 🚩 Avoid Romano Law firmTheir payment practices are unacceptable; they consistently find reasons to withhold payment for cleaning services. My experience has been extremely negative, and I strongly advise against working with them. 🚩 🚩 Attention 🚩 🚩
Think before you hire a you’ll only pay if you win. You’re only a loser with this firm. They string you along for 9 months and waste your time. You do ALL their leg work, retrieve all the proof, AND they violate the HIPPA law by convincing you to share codes so THEY can get your file at the hospital . Same file you supplied to them. They convinced me for my hospital codes because they were my legal representative. That’s not true. Those ladies that work there, lied to me. They as my representatives, they did that and it isn’t legal. They convinced me. Not one communication from them on the details of my case in nine months. Nothing. Plus the ignorance of their lack of education and knowledge of my condition lost me my case. It’s the ignorance of the uneducated, and they refused to do their obligated job. Never would I recommend this law firm. Don’t waste your time. They aren’t honest folks. And they DO NOT listen to you. They’re Not willing to verbally speak with doctors that agreed to consult with this law firm. THAT would confirm what happened. I guess they are embarrassed by lack of education. Sad sad sad!!! Their loss… in more ways than one. It’s despicable.

It's amazing how things can come full circle. My brother, Who has since passed away (5-4-2020). Was severely beaten amongst other heinous acts by local "law enforcement" officers. After trying several firms to no avail. He finally found a firm not only took his case but took on his case as if it where there own. What we thought would just be a police brutality case turned out to be much more. Once his case was diligently evaluated by "The Hero's of Justice" at Romano Law. They also filed for claims for things such as false imprisonment & mental/emotional trauma. They didn't just fight to get him financial compensation. They fought to get justice for him & so many other's like him & were successful!
Fast forward to today many years later as I'm doing my daily job search. I come across a job posting, the first job posting that I can honestly say sounded exciting. After reading the post all I could think is "Man, I would love to do that!". So I applied then headed over to Google to get some more insight on the company. Confused at first because the position being "Barn/farm maintenance" & the company being a law firm didn't really click for me lol. On Google I seen a image of the building on Woodward & almost instantly had flash backs to the multiple visits to this very office for my Brothers case. Over the years I couldn't quite remember the exact name of the firm that represented him but I always remembered the building & the unmatched services they provided for him. There not just your average law firm. They are "Hero's of Justice!". Thank you guys again & again I know if my brother was still here he would say the same.
P.S I'll keep my fingers crossed for the job opportunity. I love animals & not scared to get my hands dirty lol.
Sincerely,
Andre' Taylor
It was a very long experience but not of his fault. My situation happened right before COLVID. At the beginning of COLVID I was a little scared because of lack of communication. But within maybe a Month me and his team grew to be like family. I could contact Katie (email) At anytime and she would promptly respond.
Attorney Dan was real Cool and down to earth. He knew the exact figures to fight for according to my injury and laws. Although I felt my PIP should have been more. Fighting it in court would have probably been to no avail dealing with the diversity and prejudices in the Court District I was in (been there). Dan took hours explaining the laws in my case and calming me… I’m so HAPPY he told me not to QUIT working and keep trying at the end. Other attorneys were trying to make me retire. Thank you Blessings to you, Law Firm and Family.

I was involved in an accident where an uninsured driver smashed into me. I had a lot of medical bills due to my injuries that my auto insurance company refused to pay. Another issue with my insuance policy that I found out from Romano Law is that I only had the minimum coverage for uninsured drivers. Romano Law was diligent in representing me, it took some time to settle due to the covid shutdowns and the insuance company sending me to many of their doctors. Romano Law was able to get me a settlement that paid all of my medical bills and some extra for future medical bills. Thank you, Dan Romano, and your team especially Katie who always returned my messages and kept me in the loop of the progress.

Randy. We file against the City for your pip and the at fault driver that caused the accident. We secured the maximum coverage from the at fault driver who had the minimum liability limits , $20,000.00. They offered you $0 before suit . We secured the video from the bus that was not at fault that showed the defendant driver was at fault. We paid for depositions, medical records, service on the defendants and they paid their $20,000.00 insurance limits after we expended costs were $825.oo the net was $19, 175 approxmately and you received 2/3 not 1/2 of the net . Please don't leave an untrue review. We got you all that was available. You knew that and you were happy .. in fact, you said nothing but good things in March when we settled that
As far as the $2500.00 that was the PIP benefits. We filed to make sure that your medical was paid. You had no wage loss since you did not work, you had no help around the house and the medical was ALL paid by the City because we made sure it was, The $2500 that you got was in excess of the benefits left . The only reason you did not get more that $125 is because you borrowed money from Oasis Settlement funding against our advice. We had costs left over to recover and you would have received 2/3 after costs had you not got the advance that we told you not to get. We even negotiated that lower. Frankly NOTHING was left to collect on the PIP and we discussed all this before we settled.
you should apologize for this review. i may remind you, that we took your case when no one would
I am disappointed in you,

Dan
I hated to be the one to do it, but yes, I am a real person & yes I was referred to this firm through Mike Morris.
I had a car accident 7/11. I got through pretty fast with the set-up but Dan called me while I was at work to introduce himself & ask a few questions & I asked him if I could call him back when I got off .. he said no problem. Okay. I called back 4 times & 1 out of that 4 times, there was actually an appointment for an interview that was set up for 2pm & never got the call! Today, I go to check the mail just to get a letter stating they can no longer assist me. Whatever the reason was, I do feel like I was quickly disregarded, without really trying. For that reason, I took my interest elsewhere …
Owner response
I am sorry that you feel this way. We discharged you because we did not see a case. I will not share the reasons on a public forum. You interacted with my Presuit department. We try to quickly evaluate the case so you have ample time to seek other counsel. Good luck with new counsel

Worst lawyers ever I was referred to them by Mike Morris law firm I called them they took my case had me sign papers told me go to therapy and after that I didn’t hear from them for at least 6 months I called them time after time I didn’t know who to ask for who was working my case I’ve talked to my lawyer twice in a year I’ve called at least 50 times in the same year never talk to no one but the secretary I was told my lawyer would call me back for a week straight never returned my call till exactly a year after my accident lied to me so I would sign papers so he could settle the case I feel as if they did the minimum I would recommend no one to these people when I came to pick my check up and realized he lied about my settlement I told his partner this is not what we discussed he was basically like I’m lying Graham’s been working with him for 20 years he would never tell me that and that it was nothing I could do but take the check it would be up there waiting for me I don’t know if it was cause I’m black but I feel as if I didn’t receive a adequate representation
Owner response
This seems very inaccurate. What is your real name? I am the owner. Graham is a paralegal and is not a partner. Only lawyers can be partners
I have no partners. Graham has not worked for me for 20 years. Indeed he is not old enough to work for anyone for 20 years. We don’t settle without client authority and if you did nit want to settled we would nit have done so. Please send your real name so I may evaluate your story , properly respond here and to you. Your facts renot familiar and seem very fake
