If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I was completely professional when I first called and left a detailed message about my case. I received a call back from the assistant who assured me he would pass everything along to the attorney. The next day, I heard nothing. When I called to follow up, I was told, “I didn’t forget — the lawyer just has a lot of cases he’s working with,” and that someone would get back to me. That was the start of five days of me calling every single day, not including the weekend, with no returned calls, no updates, and no courtesy communication at all. When I finally did receive a call, it was just to tell me that the attorney “thinks he’s not going to be able to take the case.” After a full week of ignoring me, that was the response. This office showed poor customer service, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a responsive or reliable attorney.
