Ron helped me navigate a complicated Chapter 13 bankruptcy while maintaining my secret security clearance and being stationed overseas. Ron was able to guide me from start to finish; I first got in touch with him when I was considering filing and was living in my former duty station in a different country on a different continent. His response times were always less than 24 hours. He assisted me with reporting the filing to my agency, helped me craft the e-mail, guided me on what to send, and even helped me as I renewed my security clearance and needed to answer the questions. When I needed to amend them plan, he assisted me with working with my bankruptcy attorney on that, and what would be the lowest risk option. Without Ron, I may have chosen the wrong chapter to file under, potentially risking my 20-year long federal career. Ron is amazing, and he will help you so you can do what you may have thought would not be possible; starting with a clean slate even though you hold a high security clearance and reputable career. Getting in touch with Ron was one of the best decisions I have made in my career and to safeguard my family. I am so glad I have him, as well as my bankruptcy attorney, to guide me through this process to do what is best for my family, and my career.

I recieved a concerning call about a debt from 12 years ago. Mr. Sykstus took alot of time with me to suggest AGAINST retaining him for this matter. It was unneeded. He not only cared about me over making any money....referred me to a probate lawyer for a different matter!! It was absolutely amazing customer service!!!
