I’ve had a great experience working with Ron and Michele at Ronald J. Axelrod & Associates, P.C. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. Every time I had a question or needed clarification, they returned my emails promptly and made sure everything was handled properly. It’s not easy to find a law firm that combines professionalism with clear communication and genuine support, but they truly do. They handled my 3 business deals and all went good. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy law firm in the Rochester area, I highly recommend Ron and Michele. They are simply the best.

Ron tried to charge 3.5% of probate AND non-probate assets to administer my father's estate. That would mean 3.5% of his retirement and other accounts that I've already done the work to transfer into my name. Please shop around to compare fees and find an attorney that charges hourly. Ron's communication skills are abysmal. After receiving my father's will, he disappeared for two weeks, refusing to return calls and emails. Once I retained a new attorney, Ron disappeared again for another two weeks until I finally gave up and asked my attorney to handle it (for a fee). I'm out of state and had to trust other reviews, and unfortunately I made the wrong choice. I'm baffled by all the positive reviews, but maybe I was overlooked because I wasn't there in-person. Whatever it was, I saved myself $10,000s by going elsewhere.

Ron and his paralegal Michele were great . Quick but thorough. I have several commercial and residential properties , and LLC and a business. I needed an updated will, power of attorney and health care proxy for my self and my husband . I meet with Ron and he got all the details. Michele did lots of copying and notarizing.
