I attended a consultation call with Zachary Roschich. He is rude, dismissive and disrespectful. While he is signed up as a provider with MetLife Legal Plans, he makes it abundantly clear that he does not respect the clients. Instead of explaining the benefits and limitations of his representation, he interrupted me constantly because he had already decided he would not represent me based on two minutes of me discussing the merits of my case. I left not understanding anything about his fees, and he had no desire to inform me, only to communicate in a condescending manner the purpose of a consultation, which, as an attorney, I never alluded to not knowing. I never received services from this firm, and it would not recommend this attorney to anyone who is seeking an attorney who cares at all about the people he represents.

In every consultation, our objective is to ensure clients feel heard, leave with a clearer understanding of their circumstances, and have a meaningful plan, whether or not they choose to retain our services. We also strive to provide honest insight into whether their matter aligns with the types of cases we handle. As the individual noted, we communicated this during the consultation. However, we firmly deny presenting it in the manner described. We wish her the very best moving forward.

My Trust attorney referred me to Roscich & Martel to assist my family and me with the sale of a home by owner. Paralegal Nick Palubiak was a huge help to my family and me from START TO FINISH. We had some twists and turns during the process and Nick was always on top of things and was always timely in his communications to us. He kept me involved with the process WHEN NEEDED and when necessary he sent me DRAFTS of communications when it was necessary for my review before they were sent to the Buyer’s attorney. Nick involved our attorney, Zach, when needed. We were very happy with all their assistance and we would recommend them to others for the services they provided us.
