During our free consultations, we take care to outline potential legal strategies for clients and emphasize client-directed outcomes. In your situation, our firm declined representation or, for confidential reasons, was precluded from representing you. It is also important to note that your review was posted several months after we communicated our inability to represent you.<br><br>In sum, your review does not fully reflect the circumstances, particularly given that no attorney-client relationship was ever established. We have previously provided you with a detailed explanation of our position and sought to address your concerns in writing. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, your position remains intransigent.<br><br>
Team was very thorough and prompt. Even when unexpected issues arose (not their fault) they quickly informed us of the situation and acted promptly to provide guidance how to properly resolve them.
