Roy Law Group represented me for my long term disability claim after my short term disability claim had been declined by the same company. I'm happy with my experience and the outcome was in my favor.

I strongly recommend Roy Law Group! I turned to them when I had a Long COVID disability claim denied, and they were the only firm that would take the case. They filed an appeal of the denial, and when the appeal was denied, they filed a case, and I was satisfied with the outcome. I worked with Darrin (lawyer) and Holly (legal assistant), and I can't recommend them highly enough. They were knowledgeable, persistent, and personable. I always knew what they needed from me, and always knew the status of the case.

The Roy Law Group played a huge role in helping me navigate the complexities of obtaining Short Term Disability compensation. Not only did they ensure my employer was compliant with providing me the proper documentation to contest a denied STD claim, but their expertise and persistence in communication with the STD provider and my employer ended up overturning the decision to deny me the STD benefits that I deserved. I can honestly say that had the Roy Law Group not become involved that the outcome would not have been the same. They were competent and communicative and I am so grateful I had their support to navigate a difficult and overwhelming situation in a timely fashion, and with such professionalism.

Absolutely the best! I had lost my disability and an appeal. Insurance companies are NOT your friends and they will do everything they can to keep you from money you are entitled to! Roy Law came in and fixed it all. They really know what they are doing! A special shout out to Kali! She not only dealt with the insurance company but also kept me from going crazy over me having had to deal with them (I really was desperate and knew that I was probably out of luck!) She also made the yearly recertification a breeze (for me at least. It was a LOT of work I initially thought I was going to have to do, but she took care of all of it!) I cannot think of a way they could have made the experience better (except for me to hire them earlier and save myself a TON of aggravation and anxiety!!!) Thanks for all the help and hard work! I was very concerned when I first applied to Roy Law Group, and to be honest scared. I had paid for short term disability and long term disability and was denied through my insurers even though I was diagnosed with Cancer!
