Alexander was extremely helpful in settling my total vehicle loss. I was not at fault and hit by wreckless drivers. However AAA my own insurance- totally low balled me and would not budge when facts were provided. Alexander collected the facts and tried to deal with AAA, then decided with a different route and succesfully more than doubled the low ball AAA offered. He got a fair value for our beloved and very special van.
I chose RTM Law over other firms- because I was seeking an attorney that could understand are circumstances of providing 24 hour care to our adult son with Cerbral Palsy/Lack of oxygen at birth. I was hit by a Peterbilt 348 truck, and Ramin also has a background with big rig accidents.
This firm provides a caring and professional balance with their clients. I have never felt like one of many clients, instead I feel like their client, and the team is there as a guiding light through a difficult process.
Very professional and always there when you need them.

I can’t thank Jeffrey Rodriguez at RTM Law Firm enough for all his help. He made the whole process quick and easy and was always easy to get in contact with. I never felt left in the dark because he kept me updated every step of the way.
The insurance company originally offered only $500, but Jeffrey fought for me and got my settlement up to $15,000. From the time of the accident to receiving my settlement payout, the entire process took about nine months, which I felt was very reasonable.
If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and communicates well, I highly recommend Jeffrey Rodriguez and RTM Law Firm.
