Very bad experience with this buffet. They never followed up on the case, they never called me back. I called several times and they always told me they would return my call, but they never did! Now that they've contacted me, they say they were sending mail to another address, and to top it off, this last email I received has my wrong name!!! And a real lack of professionalism.
