My stepson introduce me to Rumsey law firm to get my green card. I was losing hope to get it but Rumsay law firm did it well and have an approval already. I am very much grateful and appreciate much the service we received from your office specifically to Mr. Chad who patiently did his best for all the paperwork. Thanks you soo much.
I had the pleasure of working with Chad to help my stepfather—whom I hadn’t seen in nearly seven years—obtain his green card. Throughout the entire process, Chad was professional, prompt, and ensured we clearly understood each step. Every time I call their phone service asks to leave a message and they'll get back to you. I've left several messages over several weeks and have never been called back. You should speak with your receptionists and make sure they're accountable for doing their jobs. You missing out on clients who'd otherwise be willing to pay lots of money for your service. I'll go elsewhere now.
