If I could leave a review with 0 stars, I would. I hired Russell and Hill in 2015 to represent me after my 1st A.L.J. denial. I asked them if they would file a motion. With the appeals review board after explaining my situation. They said that they would, but didn't update my medical information on the motion to appeal. They also had me file a new claim at the same time. I asked them if that would affect my original filing date, which would have been 2010? They blatantly lied to me, telling me that filing a new claim would not affect my claim. THEY LIED TO ME! IT DID! I finally won in May 2021, with the help of a different attorney. But because of the new claim filed as recommended by Russell and Hill, in 2015, not only did I lose 3 more years back pay, but because of 2013 being the backdate that I was given, I CAN'T GET MY EARLY DISABILITY RETIREMENT TEAMSTER PENSION. I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL I TURN 65 TO RECIEVE MY PENSION AFTER HAVING MY JOB FOR 19 YEARS. ALL BECAUSE OF THE BACKDATE CHANGE, I CANT GET MY RETIREMENT FROM THE TEAMSTERS UNTIL I TURN 65. They royally screwed me over after lying to me.
