My family feel lucky to have found Mr Manning as he was the perfect fit for our pending legal questions . I thank him for taking the time and explaining the options available in our situation as he is very knowledgeable, professional and took the time to explain all aspects of what we needed to know. I would like to thank Rita and Mr Manning for their professional, knowledgeable, personal guidance and would highly recommend them as the best team for your needs.
Russell and his staff responded quickly and were very thorough. Rita was great getting all of our information and made the process very simple! We needed some guidance through this process and he took the time to meet with my family and gave sound advice. Mr. Manning is a very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful lawyer. I absolutely recommend him for all concerns with probate, will, and estate issues.
I was referred to this lawyer from a friend that he was good for estate and real estate .I told him my situation and he said he would do it. I explained to him that he had to get it approved by a judge. He charged me so much money and I had to pay him all before he gets it approved .Manning did not do what was explained to me. That was too much money to pay and after my Dad had just passed away , apparently, they don't care. I would never recommend any one to him after what he did to me. the two page affidavit that he presented to me, I could of printed out for free on the Internet. His paper work that I paid $2000 was not accepted by the appraisal district. When I told Manning they denied his paperwork he simply said give him more money. I would not recommend anyone, friend or foe to Manning law.

Mr. Mendiola, I feel that this review is unfair. You brought me a complicated issue because the Appraisal District would not recognize you and your mother as the owners of property after your father died. You did not know the reason, and brought me a copy of a “Do-it-Yourself” transfer on death deed that your late father had signed and filed before his death. I researched the deed history for you and analyzed the problem for no charge—a service that most attorneys would have charged you for. As a result of my research I discovered that your late father had signed and recorded multiple “Do-it-Yourself” deeds to a church he operated, using three different variations of names of the church. I also discovered that he had created a “Do-it-Yourself” nonprofit corporation using a name that does not appear on any of the deeds. This created a great deal of confusion about the title. I recommended an affidavit of heirship and an affidavit of assumed name and prepared both for you for a reasonable fee. However, I also specifically advised you that there was no guarantee because of the confusing documents your father had recorded while trying to be his own lawyer. I recorded the affidavit of heirship for you and gave you the form of affidavit of assumed name for you to get your witnesses to sign and advised you to record it with the county clerk. You were upset that the Appraisal District refused to change the name on the appraisal district account, but I believe that their analysis was mistaken. After checking the Nueces County Appraisal District Records this morning, I see that they have agreed with my analysis and corrected their records accordingly.
