Mr.Brown is very persistent and compassionate he gets right to work and straight to the point.

He is a very nice man my biggest concern is that while we were talking he did not hold himself up to my highest expectations only because he was cursing, vaping (the whole time we were in his office having my appointment/meeting, and he was more so talking to me as if I was a friend than someone he was going to be representing (it was not at all professional how he held himself) so YES!! HE DEFINITELY made me feel entirely nervous about having him representing me because I don't know him? He is a very nice man but I'm not quite sure...

Exact same problems as everyone else. 2+ years, 0 results, and my last appeal wasn't even properly submitted by Chris. I HAD TO START OVER. but wait, that's not all! In my attempts to seek out other (actual professional) representation, everyone denies me because Russell Brown won't waive the fee contract from the job THAT HE DIDN'T DO. ***AVOID THIS BUSINESS LIKE THE PLAGUE***

He has been on my case 2 years, and it started off good. But slowly but surely started to lose contact with them. Its now been over a month since I was last able to get in contact with anyone.i don't know if everyone has retired, died or just skipped town. I've left multiple messages in a month span with NO RETURN CALLS. the sign says they're open and so does Google but they are NEVER in office and do not return calls. There was another person there dealing with the same thing. Do I call BBB? I REGRET USING THEM, FIND SOMEONE, ANYONE.. ELSE
