I have not had my meeting as of yet but, I made an appointment because of the two women I spoke with, Ro Prisco and Cindy. These ladies made me feel that my husband and I are in the right place, very informative and helpful, can't wait to meet the rest of the team.

The successful outcome – the granting of our medical coverage – is a direct testament to her tireless efforts and unwavering commitment. When people speak of someone going "the extra mile," I can unequivocally state that Ms. Christian consistently went an extra-extra mile for us, demonstrating a level of advocacy that truly transformed our predicament. We are deeply grateful for the invaluable support and expert guidance provided by Ms. Christian and the entire team of the Russo Law Group.

Attorney Diana Lattanzio handled my grandmother’s will. Following her passing, our family appeared in person solely to ask whether the firm had possession of the original will. No legal advice or confidential information was requested. Ms. Lattanzio refused to communicate entirely, did not acknowledge our presence, did not come out of her office, and offered no condolences. We were dismissed without explanation. This interaction was documented, including the date, individuals present, and the conduct observed. While we understand that substantive communication may be limited to the executor, professional courtesy, basic acknowledgment, and respectful treatment of grieving family members are not prohibited by ethical rules. The secretary’s condescending and dismissive demeanor further compounded the issue. Given the nature of this interaction, we are formally reviewing our options, including submission of a complaint to the appropriate attorney grievance and professional oversight authorities. This review is posted to accurately reflect our experience and to invite accountability and response.

We met with Katie Ann Trotta to do our Estate Planning and Will. She reviewed our. assets and goals. Ms Trotta was very helpful. She is Professional Knowledgeable and soft spoken. After she completed she went over every step so we could discuss and understand. Her fees are reasonable. It’s easy to get in touch with Ms. Trotta. We recommend her to anyone interested in getting a good Estate Planning and will. She updated our CPA. She made conference calls.

We can’t recommend Russo Law Group highly enough! They are the best! Attorney Deanna Eble is a consummate professional and lovely human being who has guided my mother through her legal estate planning needs for years, always providing us with excellent and current legal advice and guidance. She has saved us from making some big mistakes, too. The Russo Law Garden City Office is lovely, very accessible and easy to find. The front desk Administrator Ms. Rose made my elderly mother and I feel right at home, welcoming us, helping us with parking, getting us hot drinks and cookies. She even recommended a restaurant for lunch afterwards and graciously called and made a reservation for us. My husband and I are signing up for Russo Law Group and attorney Eble the minute we turn 65!

The Russo Law Group, Garden City office, was very helpful when I called with questions about how to obtain a death certificate. They took down my information and called back with an answer as promised. And the information they provided was correct; I followed their instructions which resolved the issue. I am very grateful for their assistance, they had no vested interest in my situation, yet they took the time to help me.

At my husband's suggestion, a year ago we attended an estate planning seminar and Diana Lattanzio was the speaker. We were both so impressed with her presentation that we made an appointment with Russo Law Group where Ms. Lattanzio is a partner. At our appointments, Ms. Lattanzio listened to our needs and wants and then presented us with our estate plan. She was thorough and concise in her explanations and answered every question and assuaged every concern. While still keeping our relationship professional, Ms. Lattanzio spoke about her life experiences as we spoke of ours thus forming a more personal attorney-client connection. She is at the top of her game in estate planning and my husband and I will heartily recommend her services to anybody and everybody.

Called up for consultation and was greeted on the phone with the RUDEST SECRETARY how a company hires someone like this is terrible. I Just booked with another Attorney in which the secretary was sweet. STAY AWAY !!!
