My initial bankruptcy was dismissed due to an IRS claim that made my monthly payment go up $800 from $560 to $1400, no exaggeration. I googled tax attorneys and he was the first one to come up. I phoned him and told him I needed him to rectify an IRS issue and that I had all proof needed to get the situation resolved. I just needed a representative so the IRS would take me serious and fix the issue. He told me to mail my amendment to him. I did and for over a month I asked him had he received it and he literally responded to everything but the IRS issue. He filed another bankruptcy and did not help me resolve the IRS problem so my case was dismissed again and he just dropped me without even acknowledging anything concerning the IRS. I literally hit him up for tax help and ended up in an even worse situation because I have another unjust dismissal. I just wish that if he couldn’t help me resolve the tax problem that he never took the case.
