Absolutely Unacceptable – Do Not Trust This Law Firm I am beyond disappointed with the utter lack of professionalism and security at this law firm. After fighting my case for over FOUR YEARS, I received an alarming email indicating that the legal assistant's account had been hacked. This is completely unacceptable — sensitive information should NEVER be this vulnerable, especially when trusted to legal professionals. Throughout this case, communication has been disorganized, delayed, and at times, completely non-existent. It's clear there is a serious lack of knowledge, accountability, and urgency within this office. To say their handling of my case has been a nightmare would be an understatement. A law firm should inspire confidence and provide a sense of protection. Instead, this firm has demonstrated that they are unqualified, unprepared, and frankly, should not be in business.
