So I went from a two star to a four-star. The only reason at first why I did not give them a one star was because most of the people that work there that I've encountered were at least extremely nice people and I moved it up to a four-star because I got a phone call and saying they were going to look into what was going on and then the lady. Ellen apologized that she did not call me to tell me why and what was going on and why they could not help me and that's all I was looking for. So again, they're still trying to help my fiance amongst other things and I'm going to see what transpires now and and would love to move it up to a five star. But again the fact that they called me to apologize and they did not call me to ask me to adjust my review. It never even came up but I purposely went on there to adjust it because I appreciate that and I'm not a cold-hearted bastard I don't just look to give people bad reviews.
So we were in an accident. We got rear-ended. I reached out to them over the summer. They told me that they would have to review it. They might not be able to take the case so on and so forth whatever. No big deal. I went and got the police report. I did all this stuff and then they sent me emails and I had to do an electronic signature thing and it sounded like from what I was told that they were going to take me on and then they needed information for my fiance as well because she was in the car and unfortunately we were moving out of state. But again this was back in July August that I reached out to them. Unfortunately they've had a lot of issues happen and then they wanted me to go to physical therapy and it's almost 30 minutes away and I don't have a reliable vehicle because mine got destroyed in the car accident.
So again, because this was so long ago and because of the questions the paperwork the signatures it sounded like they were taking us on and then all of a sudden I get an email saying oh sorry we can't take you. We suggest you take this into small claims court. Meanwhile we are both injured. We both had to go to the emergency room. We both still have injuries. I simply asked what happened in between now and then and I brought up the fact that they had to review everything before they were even going to take me on and then they reached out to my fiance for information. So it sounded like they were taking us on, especially when we had to do all the electronic signatures.
And all's I get in return is Mr. Bidwell. I sent you an attachment. Yes you sent me one thing to go to small claims court and again when I look in there it says up to $5,000 our card was almost worth more than that. Not to mention the accident. The medical bills is going to be way way past that.
So very unprofessional to just be like oh, I told you to go to small clams court!
The medical bills the car everything was way way more than that alone. Not to mention we still have injuries so again just disappointed that it's taken half a year to be told that now they're not going to take us and they won't give me an explanation or a reason to why they will not take us.
If I were to go to a doctor and they were telling me to go see a CARDIOLOGIST AND THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY'RE LIKE OH NO JUST GO TO URGENT CARE! BUT AGAIN I WOULD STILL HAVE WANTED TO KNOW WHY YOU WANTED ME TO GO TO SEE A CARDIOLOGIST AND THEN I'D WANT TO KNOW WHY DID YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND SO AGAIN JUST ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED NOT EVEN AN EXPLANATION ALL THE SUDDEN THAT YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND AND NOW YOU CAN'T HELP US AFTER 6 MONTHS

I was very pleased with the outcome of my case which nobody would take . After reviewing the material given they took my case and got me a fair settlement for what I went through as a result of toxic mold exposure in an apartment rented.
