My experience with Heather and Mindy was…fine. I mainly got a lawyer for my workers comp case to make sure I was getting all of the benefits I should be and didn’t realize it would end in a settlement which I know is my own fault for not completely understanding. Mindy was very helpful for the most part and was pretty good with follow up. I was very disappointed with the mediation and settlement. It felt like Heather was negotiating with me (trying to get me to take less money) as opposed to pushing back at them for what I needed. I didn’t really feel like my best interests were being served, it felt like they just wanted to get the case over and resolved and honestly, the whole mediation process is so unnecessarily drawn out, by the end I just wanted to be done too. It was pretty clear to me that I was getting talked into accepting whatever they offered so there was really no point in fighting. I do appreciate what I received, it’s better than nothing but it’s a pretty frustrating feeling to feel like no one is fighting for you at the end. I’m glad that it’s over and I feel like I paid them a big chunk for not doing all that much but it is what it is and hopefully I’ll never be in this situation again.

I hired Heather Froy for my Workmans comp case . My mistake was hiring someone from another city . She was quite busy which I suppose is great . But after struggling with a fractured L1 and issues in right hip from hitting concrete floor . I ended up settling because I was told there wasn’t anything else could be done . I’m now having to pay to see another Doctor that truly does care . I talked to a major law firm and they couldn’t believe that I wasn’t fought for . Please for your sake do not hire this attorney if you live outside Atlanta . Her fighting for her client will not be there .
