Walter was THEEE worst please read every review you can find on this guy he is milking the state and Wayne county probate funds…he was put onto our case in 2021 he disappeared months without doing anything to handle the estate he also reported a car stolen then sold it personally for 1k yes 1000 a fully loaded Lincoln MKZ with zero issues yes it was sold thousands of dollars under market didn’t even give the heirs the chance to buy their own mother’s memories…we filed our own motion to get him removed after he refused to use the collected estate funds to pay reared fines that resulted in an attempt to place a 500,000 house into foreclose, he didn’t give up a red cent but we paid the fine in full and canceled it all on our own.he was extremely rude and refused to give us a ledger or pursue any missing claimable assets of estate that would take a little effort beyond sitting in his chair we had a 280,000 lien that he was trying to just pay rather then negotiate but we later found out on our own that we fell into exemption and didn’t have to pay a penny for that lien if you get this guy file a motion immediately to remove him if we weren’t quick on our feet we could have lost almost a half million due to stupidity and laziness he does not care about you or the deceased person let alone his job as the estate attorney beware this guy is scandalous

This lawyer has been milking my father's estate for the last year-and-a-half now. He does not return phone calls he did not return requests. I've had many questions over the last year-and-a-half. Completely unanswered. I would like to know how much you have ripped me off for. I am requesting that you wrap this up as soon as possible. My father was found dead on April 18th of 2019. It is now November 10th of 2020 and I haven't seen anything my father's estate. Your license should be removed
