I am extremely disappointed with my experience working with this Mr. Flores and his team. Going into a difficult divorce is already stressful, especially involving military divorce matters, custody, and child support, and I expected to have guidance from someone knowledgeable and supportive. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. Communication was one of the biggest issues throughout the entire process. Calls and emails were not returned in a timely manner, and I constantly felt like I was left in the dark about my own case. It often seemed like there was little time or attention given to me as a client, which made an already emotional situation even more frustrating. I also felt there was a serious lack of knowledge and direction when it came to military divorce issues. Instead of helping simplify the process, my divorce became far more confusing and difficult than it needed to be. Questions regarding custody arrangements, parenting time, and child support were not clearly answered, and I never felt confident that my concerns were being properly addressed. Based on the price I paid and the positive reviews I read beforehand, I expected professionalism, communication, and strong legal guidance. Sadly, this experience did not meet those expectations. I left feeling unsupported, overwhelmed, and disappointed with the overall representation I received.
