Attorney Schank was outstanding, professional, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping me navigate the process with confidence. He saved me so much time and heartache and made everything easy from start to finish. Lisa, the consultant, was phenomenal as well, attentive, patient, and always available to answer my questions. Together, they made a difficult situation much easier to manage. Highly recommend their team.
Broke legal representation.
Christian and his firm in trial court against a self-represented party-- blew it.
Their principal attorney, Christian, showed up to the first hearing and initially attempted to amicably negotiate. When he realized it wasn't working, he resorted to intimidation. It was showmanship. Chris was a showman in front of the judge--embellishing that he would be subpoenaing officers. Never happened. Such subpoena would have the opposite effect, demonstrating how he didn't study the case; to his client's detriment and a dereliction of his duty.
His junior attorney committed the same error, stating they would subpoena records from a therapist--never happened. Had the records been brought forward, they would have had the opposite impact. Again, it was all showmanship and a lack of studying the case.
Their cross-examination throughout the trial was destitute. Their closing argument sounded like a laundry list. They're not top-notch but they'll charge you as if they are.
At the end of the day, they're a weak firm that prey
on people who are desperate and don't know any better. Christian and company take cases in volume to make money, use showmanship, and their legal representation is broke.
Would advise to look elsewhere for strong representation.
Cannot begin to express my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude for my family lawyer. He has helped me fought my custody case and I was able to get the custody of my daughter at the end. He was extremely responsive to my calls and all of my concerns during the process, making sure I got everything that I needed. Thank you!
Our lawyer was very professional and empathetic. I never felt like I was just another client. He also gave great advice to help me get through the divorce. 10/10 highly recommend if you need help on your divorce.
I have no words to express our gratitude for the incredible work that my family law lawyer did for our child custody case. He went above and beyond to get me the custody of my 4 kids. He was amazing and dependable - I 100% recommend him.
I highly recommend this downtown San Bernardino for your family law needs. I have witnessed how fiercely they fight for their clients. I will surely recommended my friends and colleagues to this them, knowing they will have the best representation.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Professional, knowledgeable, caring and friendly do not even get close to describe the lawyers from Law Offices of Christian Schank and Associates, APC in San Bernandino. Their level or professionality and knowledge were the key drivers in the positive results that we obtained. I highly recommend them for any family case.
