I called the day of my accident for information. I didn’t get a call back until Sunday Raquel Rodriguez called me. She gave me information and I told her I was unsure and she called me back on Tuesday. Well, Tuesday comes around and I’m sure that I don’t need a personal injury lawyer because I was paid enough for my experience in my car crash and what not. So then she calls me today, Wednesday while I’m at work and then has y’all audacity to tell me that I was wrong and I didn’t tell her that I wasn’t interested talking about That she takes good notes and all. Well Raquel, if you’re reading this, I don’t think you do take good notes and you don’t like to take accountability. I may have gotten a small head injury in the car accident; But that doesn’t mean, I don’t remember what I said. I’ll have you know that I have everything written down since the day of the accident even which Personal lawyers and who I talked to. So if anybody takes good notes, it’s me. I’m very dissatisfied with my experience. Raquel tried to push me and try to tell me that I was getting taken advantage of by the insurance, which is completely incorrect because she does not know how much I got paid so she doesn’t know If I was taking advantage Of or not. Why she would say these things I’m not even sure but again I’m completely dissatisfied with my experience with this one lawyer I feel like I was not valued, especially cause I had already made my mind up.
