Great service from this group, Ryan and staff very helpful and attentive and I personally would recommend their services

I do not recommend this law firm. My case has been ongoing for over two years with little to no progress. From the beginning, the expected settlement amount was presented much higher than what they later pushed me to accept, which felt like a lowball just to close the case quickly. Communication has been extremely poor. Every time I call to speak with the representative handling my case, she is either unavailable or out of the office. On the rare occasions when I am able to reach her, I am told that work is being done, but there has been no visible progress or updates to support that. Overall, the lack of transparency, inconsistent communication, and pressure to settle for less than expected has been very disappointing. I would advise others to carefully consider their options before hiring this firm.
