Beware when dealing with Lisa Counters here. It will take several weeks for here to return a phone call, if at all. Lies upon lies about calling the customer back when in reality no call was made. Pretty much worthless!

The whole staff is phenomenal Anna & Jody you Rock ✨🌟✨💫 I have never seen people really put their heart and soul into the work that they do like these guy's .The level of compassion and empathy they have for their clients is unmatched! I called for an initial consultation. Whoever answered the phone, stated she couldn't take the case because I am too young. Well, her math was off by a number of years. I view this is highly unprofessional, and kind of comical.

This lawyer completely ghosted me
. No updates, no responses, and no effort to do the work . When she finally responded, it was just to turn me down without any explanation or help. She abandoned my case and left me stranded.
If you want someone reliable, communicative, and professional, keep looking—this is NOT the lawyer for you. My experience was a total failure and a huge waste of time and resources . I’m sharing this so others don’t get burned like I did.
Beware: hiring her means risking being ignored and left without legal support.

I am so thankful to George and Victor. I became ill after being exposed to mold on my job. The company didn’t want to accept responsibility and offered me nothing in return and even denied my disability claim. George stepped in and got back wages and a fair medical settlement. Victor answered the phone for me every time I called or emailed me daily with a response. There fees are more than reasonable almost too low in fact. If you need help. I highly recommend Schiffman Law they will fight for you.

I had an outstanding experience with Schiffman Law. This firm really focuses on meeting a clients needs, and there is never a sense that the goal is to maximize the firm's outcome. To the contrary, I received advice that maximized my own financial result and provided me with peace (wellness/feeling satisfied that my situation had been resolved strongly in my favor). I was deeply impressed with Lisa Counters and her associates with respect to their knowledge of disability insurance disputes. My wife has been working with the firm on a separate social security case, and she has been similarly pleased.
