Tom Schimmerling is the epitome of what a lawyer is supposed to be! I contacted Tom two months before the statute of limitations ran out on my car accident claim . I was a passenger in the vehicle which was hit by a person who ran a red light . Since the day of the accident l had constant pain in my right shoulder and forearm . l was continuously seeing a occupational therapist and had physical therapy but it didn’t get any better in fact it was getting worse . l wasn’t able to lift anything so doctor Rob decided that surgery was needed to repair the rotator however he found a slap which wasn’t seen on the mri this lead me to feel the need to contact a lawyer.
