He charged me $300 for a consult, asked for my story then repeatedly cut me off, literally called me names and at the end said my issue wasn’t his area of expertise.

Brian: I’m truly sorry that you felt that the consultation was not what you expected. We always told you that we might not be able to fix your Medicaid billing issue but could help confirm the type of Medicaid you do have and confirm it for you in the system. We did that. I offered to work with individual billing companies for you but at additional fees. You didn’t seem too interested in that option at the time. I thought my firm gave you useful information for your consultation. I don’t remember “calling you names” but again, I wish it had gone another way. I sincerely wish you good luck and God’s speed. Wouldn't or couldn't take my case. To many cases or lawyers stopped doing litigation probate for contested wills.

Ted was so knowledgeable and helpful in planning my parents estate as they aged. And the fact that they were willing to do a house call for the paperwork signing since my father was unable to leave the house, was so convenient and easy!
